Introduction
We know that it is very difficult to find time for you to have a night out as a parent of a child with special needs. Whether you're a couple or single parent, please let us serve you by caring for your children while you have a night out. We have trained caregivers to watch and care for your children and will ensure your children have fun while you are out for the evening.
While it is our desire to accommodate every family who wishes to attend, registration is required and limited. Registration will close when all of our spaces for special needs children are filled. At which time, a waiting list will be offered via the "Register now" link below.

How much does this cost? It is our joy to provide this ministry to you and your family at no cost.
Can I bring my typical children too?
We also include various age-appropriate activities for typical siblings.
What about security?
A background check is performed on all volunteers. We have security team members strolling throughout our building. Each child is given a name tag and parents receive a security tag that must be presented when the child is picked up at the end of the event.
What if my child needs medical attention or medication?
In the event of a life threatening emergency, 911 will be contacted. If your child is taking routine medications, you will need to provide a list of those medications on your registration. This information would be available to provide to emergency services during a 911 event. Routine medication will not be administered by Far Hills Community Church staff or volunteers.
What time can I drop my children off?
Doors open at 6:00pm and the building stays open until 9:00pm.
Should I feed my children before coming?
Your child will probably feel better if they’ve had dinner before arriving. We offer a free snack bar which children may visit during the evening, but quantities and hours of operation are limited.
Where is your church?
Far Hills Community Church is located at 5800 Clyo Road, which is conveniently located off I-675 near the intersection of Wilmington Pike and Clyo Road.
How do I find out if the event is cancelled?
Call the Far Hills Community Church office at 937-434-3232, extension 222 for a recorded message. If cancellation was due to inclement weather, it is posted on Dayton Channels WDTN 2, WHIO 7, and WKEF 22 and on local radio stations WCDR-FM 90.3, WFCJ-FM 93.7 and WHIO-AM 1290.
